MCC published a revised provisional Round 1 result on 21 August. Its revised schedule places reporting and joining from 22-31 August, followed by joined-candidate data verification on 1 September. Verify the final allotment status and instructions before joining.

UPDGME reopened Round 1 registration and document upload from 11:00 AM on 13 August until 2:00 PM on 14 August. Registration-fee and security-money payment remained available until 5:00 PM on 14 August. The live UPNEET notice board still does not publish Uttar Pradesh-specific merit-list, choice-filling, allotment or reporting dates.
